The employees were kind and helpful. The bus driver made sure we parked in the correct spot and loaded our luggage in the bus. When our flight landed we arrived at the assigned place and the bus was already waiting on us. The driver was kind and helpful and loaded everyone's luggage. Upon return to The Parking Spot the driver took us directly to my vehicle and unloaded the luggage. I can't say enough about this place, 10/10 rating. Definitely not the cheapest, but without a doubt is the best I've used. The app is also easy to use.

Making the reservation was easy. Just drove in and parked. Within a couple minutes a shuttle picked us up and dropped us at our terminal. Upon return, it was simple to find the ground transportation parking spots and we waited 3-5 minutes for a shuttle to take us to our car. Easy peasy.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had a great experience with The Parking Spot in Orlando, Florida. The shuttle service was quick and efficient, and the drivers were friendly and helpful with luggage. Check-in and pick-up were smooth, making the whole process stress-free. The facility felt secure and well organized, which gave me peace of mind while traveling. I would definitely use The Parking Spot again and recommend it to anyone flying out of Orland

Very well maintained parking, very prudent drivers, and my car was safe and exactly as I left it. It's noticeably more expensive than the other parking services around, but the customer service I got was exemplary. Had a snafu with my reservation and Tracy and Carlos were both extremely professional, kind, and helpful. They were both gleaming examples of excellent customer service, and I hope they will be rewarded accordingly as their kindness, patience, and diligence turned what could've been an awful first experience with the parking spot into an excellent one that would make me consider using it again despite the higher price. Thank you, Tracy and Carlos.

Great service. Arrived at lot and was directed to area to park. A shuttle pulled behind as we were parking, loaded our baggage and we were off to the airport in minutes. Got to our terminal very quickly. Same experience when we arrived back in Orlando. Got our bags, opened their app and it showed us where to meet the shuttle. It was right where the app said it would be so after they loaded our bags we were delivered to our car within 20 minutes (includes dropping 2 other groups at their cars first). Friendly drivers. Great service. Highly recommended.

I can’t say enough good things about The Parking Spot in Orlando. After a long red eye flight, I returned to find myself in a stressful situation. I had accidentally given my car key to a rental company in San Diego and arrived back in Orlando without access to my vehicle. It was cold, raining, and overwhelming. Magdelyn Carrion (Maggie) was absolutely incredible. Her kindness, patience, and willingness to help went far beyond anything I could have expected. She let me sit inside with her in a little dispatch office and even made me some coffee, so I didn't have to wait in the cold and rain by my car for AAA. When AAA sent the wrong technician, she didn’t hesitate and helped me come up with a new plan to get me home safely so I could look for my spare key. Her compassion and calm support made all the difference. The manager, Tony, was equally outstanding. He stepped in to help troubleshoot, both assisted with getting a new battery for my key, they personally drove me to my car and stayed until we figured out how to get it started so I could safely leave. I have never experienced this level of care at a parking facility. This was true, genuine customer service. Joshlyn and Julius were also very kind and helpful, and I appreciate them as well. I would absolutely recommend The Parking Spot to anyone parking near the airport!

Easy to book a spot on line....easy to find, getting in and out again is easy peasy. The folks who drive the vans over to the airport are friendly, helpful and yes courteous... At 5:00 am... it's nice to have a welcoming hello as you start your adventure.

Great service and clean. Drivers were great! 530am they cheerfully took our 10 suitcases and put them up in the bins, help the kids get in their seats and drove very carefully. I was very pleased.

Everything! Facility is clean, secure, organized. No issues or damage of any kind to my car. There are options covered parking, uncovered, car wash and detailing. Staff went above and beyond, very courteous and accommodating. Drivers were awesome, super positive attitude, picked up and carefully handled not just our luggage but every customer who traveled with us that day. The app was super easy to use and very helpful. We got reminders as we got closer to our travel day. Our return flight got in very late at night/early in the morning and we were able to call the driver dispatch and track the driver to our location via the app, and we were able to tip from the app
